Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the academic department and faculty team.
- Ensure effective delivery of curriculum and training programs.
- Monitor faculty performance and student outcomes.
- Develop academic schedules, lesson plans, and assessment strategies.
- Conduct faculty training and performance reviews.
- Ensure academic quality standards and student satisfaction.
- Coordinate with placement, operations, and management teams.
- Drive student engagement, discipline, and academic excellence.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree required; Master's Degree preferred.
- Experience in academic administration, education management, or training operations.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
- Ability to manage faculty, students, and academic processes effectively.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and academic reporting.
