Job Summary We are seeking a Customer Support Executive to assist customers through voice, chat, and email support. Key Responsibilities - Handle customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email. - Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely manner. - Provide accurate information about products and services. - Maintain records of customer interactions and follow-ups. - Escalate complex issues to the concerned department when required. - Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality. - Meet productivity and performance targets set by the organization.
