Integration Engineer – Team Lead:
An Integration Team Lead manages the day-to-day coordination, design, and implementation of system interfaces to ensure seamless technical functionality. They mentor engineers, define technical architecture (e.g., APIs, SOAP, REST), manage integration risks, and bridge communication between technical teams and stakeholders to deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
Technical Leadership: Designing, developing, and deploying robust, scalable integration solutions with any CRM system
Project Management: Managing the entire integration lifecycle, including planning, testing, and technical assistance
Team Mentoring: Providing guidance on best practices, mentoring staff, and reviewing code or technical designs.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience: 3-6 years of experience in system integration and software delivery, typically holding a Engineering degree.
Technical Expertise: Proficiency in REST, SOAP Soft Skills: Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
