Job Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to clients/customers in the US market.
Handle customer inquiries professionally and effectively.
Explain company products/services over calls.
Follow up with prospective clients and maintain call records.
Generate leads and coordinate with the sales team.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Achieve daily and weekly calling targets.
Required Skills:
Excellent English communication skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
Confident and professional communication skills.
Ability to work in night shifts.
Positive attitude with strong convincing skills.
Experience in international calling will be an added advantage.

HSC / Graduate can apply.
Candidates with prior telecalling or international calling experience preferred.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
