Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Production In charge / Supervisor to oversee daily manufacturing operations in our sheet metal unit. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in sheet metal or steel industry processes, team management, and production planning to ensure efficient and timely output. Key Responsibilities Supervise and manage day-to-day production activities Plan, schedule, and monitor production to meet targets Ensure optimum utilization of manpower, machines, and materials Maintain quality standards as per company and customer requirements Monitor processes like cutting, bending, welding, and fabrication Ensure safety compliance and discipline on the shop floor Coordinate with maintenance team for machine upkeep Minimize downtime and improve productivity Maintain production reports and documentation Coordinate with stores, quality, and dispatch team Required Skills & Competencies Knowledge of sheet metal fabrication processes Production planning and process improvement Problem-solving ability Knowledge of quality and safety standards Basic computer skills (MS Excel, ERP preferred) Preferred Candidate Profile Diploma / BE in Mechanical Engineering 4+ years’ experience in sheet metal / steel industry Experience in shop floor management Candidates from nearby locations preferre
