We are hiring a Procurement Specialist to support our software development and staff augmentation business by managing vendor partnerships, technology procurement, and resource onboarding. The role focuses on ensuring timely delivery, cost efficiency, and seamless coordination across internal teams and external vendors.
Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end procurement for IT services, tools, licenses, and staffing vendors

Identify and onboard IT vendors, staffing partners, and freelancers

Negotiate billing rates, contracts (MSA/SOW), and SLAs to optimize costs

Collaborate with Sales, HR, and Delivery teams to fulfill client resource requirements

Support staff augmentation needs by ensuring quick vendor turnaround

Run RFQ/RFP processes and vendor evaluations

Track vendor performance, delivery timelines, and resource quality

Ensure compliance with contracts, documentation, and audit requirements

Maintain procurement records, invoices, and vendor databases.
Requirements

4-8 years of experience in IT procurement / vendor management / staffing firms

Strong understanding of staff augmentation models (contract, T&M, fixed cost)

Experience in vendor negotiation, onboarding, and contract management

Good knowledge of IT technologies and hiring ecosystem

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
