Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job requisition to onboarding.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and job specifications.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, professional networks, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and stakeholders.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Conduct reference checks and background verification as required.
- Prepare and negotiate job offers with selected candidates.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Participate in employer branding and campus recruitment initiatives.
- Generate recruitment reports and metrics for management review.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- 1–5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to assess candidate suitability and cultural fit.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
