Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive to manage manufacturing product sales, customer relationships, and business development activities. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, handling client communication, coordinating with internal teams, and achieving sales targets.
Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business Development
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the manufacturing sector.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Generate inquiries, prepare quotations, negotiate prices, and close sales orders.
- Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.
- Conduct market visits and customer follow-ups regularly.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
Marketing Activities
- Support marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
- Participate in exhibitions, trade fairs, and customer meetings.
- Promote company products through direct marketing and digital platforms.
Customer Coordination
- Handle customer inquiries and provide product information.
- Coordinate with production, quality, dispatch, and accounts departments.
- Ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
Reporting & Documentation
- Maintain customer database and sales reports.
- Submit daily, weekly, and monthly activity reports.
- Follow up on payments and outstanding collections.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
- MBA in Marketing is an added advantage.
Experience
- 2–5 years of experience in manufacturing sales or industrial product marketing preferred.
Required Skills
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of manufacturing and industrial sales processes.
- Ability to achieve targets and develop customer relationships.
- Proficiency in MS Office and sales reporting tools.
Mandatory Language Requirement
- Fluency in English, Tamil, and Hindi is mandatory.
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers in all three languages.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
