- Conduct outbound and inbound calls to prospective and existing customers in a professional manner.
- Promote the Company's products and services while identifying customer requirements.
- Generate, qualify, and follow up on sales leads to maximize business opportunities.
- Respond to customer enquiries, resolve concerns, and provide accurate product or service information.
- Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Achieve assigned calling, lead generation, and sales targets within stipulated timelines.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely resolution of customer requests.
- Adhere to Company policies, communication standards, and confidentiality requirements.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
