We are looking for a confident and well-spoken Sales Executive for our perfume retail store. The candidate should be customer-friendly, presentable, and passionate about sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Attend walk-in customers and understand their fragrance preferences
- Explain perfume notes, variants, and pricing clearly
- Demonstrate perfumes and assist customers in selection
- Achieve monthly sales targets
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the store
- Handle billing support and basic inventory coordination
- Build repeat customers through good service and follow-ups
Requirements:
- Preferred: Gujarati speaking (Hindi mandatory, basic English preferred)
- Confident, presentable, and well-groomed
- Good communication and convincing skills
- Prior experience in perfume, cosmetics, or retail sales preferred
- Freshers with strong sales attitude can also apply
