Job Summary
R&D Engineer – Embedded Systems to work on electronic product development, prototype development, testing, debugging, and engineering solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and test embedded systems and electronic products.
- Work on microcontrollers, embedded C and electronic circuits.
- Develop and test prototypes and assist in product development.
- Perform PCB testing, debugging and troubleshooting.
- Conduct product validation and functional testing.
- Prepare technical documentation and test reports.
- Identify technical issues and provide effective solutions.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality and other engineering teams.
- Support product improvement and new product development.
Required Skills
- 1–2 years of hands-on experience in Embedded Systems / R&D / Product Development.
- Good knowledge of Embedded C and Microcontrollers.
- Practical experience in PCB, circuit testing and debugging.
- Knowledge of communication protocols such as UART, SPI, I2C, CAN will be an advantage.
- Experience with microcontrollers such as STM32, ARM, PIC, 8051, Arduino, etc. is preferred.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and documentation skills.
Candidate Profile
- BE/B.Tech in Electronics, E&TC, Electrical or related engineering field.
- 1–2 years of relevant hands-on Embedded Systems experience is mandatory.
- Candidates with only academic/project experience and freshers are not applicable.
- Candidates from R&D, Embedded Product Development or Electronics Manufacturing backgrounds will be preferred.
