Customer Service Advisor – US E-Commerce (Voice Process)
- Handle inbound calls (orders, refunds, returns, payment queries)
- Requires international voice experience
- CTC: Up to ₹35,000
Eligibility Criteria:
Excellent English communication (Mandatory)
Chat Role: Freshers / Experienced (12th Pass & Above)
Voice Role: Minimum 1 Year International BPO Experience
Comfortable with rotational shifts & fast-paced environment
