Key Roles & Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute end-to-end digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Lead performance marketing campaigns across channels including:
- Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)
- Social Media Ads (Meta, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.)
- SEO & SEM
- Email Marketing & Automation
- Affiliate & Influencer Marketing
- Manage and optimize marketing budgets to maximize ROI, CAC, ROAS and lead generation targets.
- Drive website traffic, lead acquisition, customer engagement and brand awareness initiatives.
- Analyze campaign performance using tools such as:
- Google Analytics
- Google Tag Manager
- Search Console
- CRM dashboards
- Marketing automation platforms
- Lead SEO strategy including keyword research, content optimization, backlink strategy and technical SEO improvements.
- Collaborate with content, design, product, sales, and business teams for integrated campaign execution.
- Build, mentor, and manage a team of digital marketers, performance specialists, and content professionals.
- Stay updated with market trends, competitor analysis, AI marketing tools, and emerging digital platforms.
- Generate weekly/monthly reports with actionable insights for senior leadership.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
✔Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
✔ Strong expertise in:
- Performance Marketing
- SEO/SEM
- Lead Generation
- Marketing Analytics
- Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)
- Brand Strategy
✔ Hands-on experience with tools like:
- Google Ads Manager
- Meta Ads Manager
- Google Analytics 4
- HubSpot / Salesforce / Zoho CRM
- SEMrush / Ahrefs
- AI tools
Pay: ₹19,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
