This is a technical role that does not require coding. You should bring:
- A sound grasp of the software development lifecycle — how a feature progresses from concept to specification, build, testing, and release
- A working understanding of how modern software is composed: frontend, backend, mobile, databases, and REST APIs — sufficient to follow and contribute to engineering discussions with credibility
- Competence with version control (Git / GitHub) and Agile / Scrum methodologies and ceremonies
- The ability to interpret tickets, follow pull requests, and understand system architecture at a high level
- Sufficient familiarity with AI and LLM-driven products to reason about how our agent and content systems behave, as you will be planning AI-led features
- Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Linear, or Notion
You will not be writing code, but you should be able to read it, follow the architecture, and apply sound judgement to technical claims and constraints.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
