We are looking for enthusiastic freshers to join our team as Telecalling & Lead Conversion Executives.
The role involves calling leads generated through digital marketing campaigns, scheduling appointments, and identifying interested candidates for CRM software demonstrations.
Responsibilities
* Follow up with leads generated through digital marketing campaigns.
* Schedule and coordinate customer appointments.
* Confirm CRM software demo bookings.
* Handle customer communication through WhatsApp.
* Update customer details in the CRM system.
* Handover interested prospects to the sales team.
