Key Responsibilities
- Generate sales by converting leads into customers.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products/services.
- Achieve individual monthly sales targets.
- Follow up with prospective customers and close sales effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience (Travel Sales/Holidays Sales preferred).
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Strong negotiation and convincing skills.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and result-driven.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
