Roles & Responsibilities:
- Plan, design, and review Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems for specially for realstate projects.
- Coordinate MEP works with architectural, structural, and civil teams.
- Supervise installation, testing, and commissioning of MEP systems at site.
- Ensure compliance with design specifications, standards, and safety norms.
- Manage and monitor contractors’ performance, progress, and quality.
- Resolve technical and coordination issues between site and design teams.
- Prepare and review shop drawings, material submittals, and as-built drawings.
- Support procurement of MEP materials and evaluate vendor proposals.
- Conduct inspections and ensure quality control at all project stages.
- Prepare daily/weekly progress and technical reports.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire-fighting systems.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD / Revit MEP and MS Office.
- Good understanding of building codes, standards, and safety requirements.
- Strong analytical, coordination, and communication skills.
Qualifications:
- B.E. / B.Tech. in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- 4–10 years of experience in MEP design, execution, and coordination in real estate or construction projects.
