We are looking for an experienced and analytical Revenue Manager to join our hospitality team. The candidate will be responsible for maximizing hotel revenue through strategic pricing, inventory management, market analysis, and demand forecasting. The role requires close coordination with sales, reservations, front office, and online distribution channels to ensure optimum occupancy and profitability.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement revenue management strategies to maximize RevPAR and occupancy.
- Monitor daily room inventory, pricing, and competitor rates.
- Manage OTA channels and online distribution platforms.
- Analyze market trends, demand patterns, and booking pace.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly revenue reports.
- Forecast occupancy, ADR, and revenue performance.
- Coordinate with sales and reservation teams for group bookings and corporate business.
- Optimize room rates across all booking channels.
- Ensure rate parity and maintain hotel positioning in the market.
- Conduct competitor benchmarking and market research.
- Support promotional campaigns and seasonal pricing strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Hotel Management, Business, or related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in hotel revenue management.
- Strong knowledge of PMS, Channel Manager, and OTA platforms.
- Good analytical and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Excel and hotel revenue tools.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of RevPAR, ADR, occupancy forecasting, and yield management.
- Experience with hospitality software systems.
- Strong negotiation and decision-making abilities.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
