Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Social Media Marketing Executive manage SMM & Paid Advertising Campaigns, and drive brand growth across digital platforms.
The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads, along with the ability to plan strategies, analyze performance, and manage a social media team effectively.

Key Responsibilities
- Research industry trends, competitors, and target audience behavior
- Plan, execute, and optimize social media strategies aligned with business goals
- Manage and monitor Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns (compulsory)
- Set measurable goals, track performance, and report ROI for social media and paid campaigns
- Oversee and manage social media accounts: Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube & Pinterest
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of social media executives
- Coordinate with design, sales, and management teams for brand consistency
- Plan brand awareness activities like promotions, offers, giveaways, and influencer marketing
- Engage with followers, respond to queries, and manage online reputation
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and platform updates
- Analyze team performance and provide data-driven feedback and training
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field (Preferred)
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in social media marketing
- Strong hands-on knowledge of Meta Ads & Google Ads (Mandatory)
- Experience with Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and reporting tools
- Strong analytical mindset with a data-driven approach
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and good at multitasking
