We are looking for a motivated and energetic Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for outbound calling to potential clients, generating leads, and promoting our website development services. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and the ability to convert prospects into customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce website development services.
- Generate qualified leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
- Understand client requirements related to website design, development, and digital solutions.
- Explain company services and convince prospects to develop their websites with our company.
- Maintain daily call reports and lead status in CRM or spreadsheets.
- Follow up with interested prospects and nurture leads.
- Achieve weekly and monthly lead generation / sales targets.
- Maintain professional relationships with clients.
Required Skills:
- Good communication and persuasion skills.
- Basic knowledge of websites, digital marketing, or IT services is preferred.
- Ability to handle rejections and objections confidently.
- Comfortable with cold calling and outbound sales.
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel, CRM, email communication).
Qualification:
- Minimum Higher Secondary / Graduate.
- 0–2 years experience in telecalling, sales, or business development preferred.
- Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
