WE ARE SEEKING A DETAIL-ORIENTED CUSTOMER SUPPORT&DOCUMENTATION EXECUTIVE TO HANDLE CUSTOMER-RELATED DOCUMENTATION AND PROVIDE BACKEND SUPPORT TO CUSTOMER CARE TEAM . THE ROLE INVOLVES MAINTAINING ACCURATE RECORDS , ASSISTNG IN RESOLVING CUSTOMER QUERIES AND ENSURING SMOOTH DOCUMENTATION PRECESSES.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- HANDLE AND MAINTAIN CUSTOMER RECORDS , FILES AND DOCUMENTATION
- SUPPORT CUSTOMER CARE TEAM WITH BACKEND OPERATIONS AND COORDINATION
- ASSIST IN RESPONDING TO CUSTOMER QUERIES VIA PHONE , EMAIL OR CHAT
- ENSURE ALL CUSTOMER DATA IS UPDATED AND ACCURATLY MAINTAINED
- FOLLOWUP IN WITH CUSTOMERS FOR REQUIRED DOCUMENTS OR INFORMATION
- COORDINATE WITH INTERNAL DEPARTMENTS TO RESOLVE CUSTOMER ISSUES
- MAINTAIN PROPER FILING SYSTEMS
- GENERATE REPORTS RELATED TO CUSTOMER INTERACTIONS AND DOCUMENTATIONS
REQUIRED SKILL AND QUALIFICATION :
- ANY DEGREE
- BASIC KNOWLEDGE OF CUSTOMER DEALINGS
- GOOD COMMUNICATION SKILL
- STRONG ATTENTION TO DETAILS AND ORGANIZATIONAL SKILL
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
