Key Responsibilities
- Counsel prospective students and parents regarding courses and career opportunities.
- Handle inbound and outbound leads and convert inquiries into admissions.
- Understand student requirements and recommend suitable programs.
- Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
- Follow up with prospective students throughout the admission process.
- Maintain accurate records of leads and student interactions in the CRM.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth enrollment experience.
- Participate in walk-in admissions, education events, and promotional activities.
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Minimum 6 months of experience in B2C Sales, preferably in the IT/EdTech industry.
- Experience in Academic Counselling, Admission Counselling, Inside Sales, or Education Sales is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong convincing, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
- Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
Pay: ₹10,308.24 - ₹45,000.00 per month
