About the Role
We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and hospitality-oriented Facility & Guest Relations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a premium private residential property in Alipore. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in hospitality, hotels, luxury residences, or guest relations and possess excellent leadership and administrative skills.
The candidate will be responsible for managing household staff, ensuring smooth facility operations, coordinating maintenance activities, handling guest management, and maintaining high standards of service and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise a team of 10–12 household and facility staff, including helpers, housekeeping staff, drivers, security personnel, and maintenance workers.
- Plan daily work schedules and ensure efficient staff deployment.
- Oversee all maintenance, repair, and upkeep of the residence, coordinating with vendors and service providers when required.
- Manage grocery and household purchases, maintain stock of essential supplies, and monitor household expenses.
- Coordinate guest arrivals and departures, ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience.
- Maintain guest rooms and common areas to high hospitality standards.
- Handle vendor management, service contracts, and administrative documentation.
- Maintain records of inventories, purchases, maintenance schedules, and staff attendance.
- Coordinate events, family gatherings, or special occasions at the residence as required.
- Ensure cleanliness, safety, hygiene, and overall smooth functioning of the property.
- Report directly to the property owner/management and provide regular operational updates.
Working Hours
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
