Job Responsibilities
- Source candidates from job portals and LinkedIn.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews.
- Schedule interviews with clients.
- Follow up with candidates.
- Maintain candidate records.
Requirements
- 1 to 3 years of US IT recruitment experience.
- Good communication skills.
- Knowledge of US IT technologies and visa types.
- Experience with LinkedIn, Dice, Indeed, or other job portals.
