Salary: 25k to 45k per month
Job Description
We Are looking for a skilled and experienced Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate should have expertise in architectural design, project coordination, and site execution, with the ability to manage projects from concept to completion.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Prepare architectural designs, drawings, and detailed construction plans.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion within budget.
- Conduct site visits to ensure compliance with design specifications and quality standards.
- Review and approve drawings, layouts, and project documentation.
- Ensure adherence to building codes, safety regulations, and statutory requirements.
- Resolve design and execution issues by providing practical architectural solutions.
- Maintain project schedules, reports, and documentation.
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of architectural design principles and project management.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or other architectural design software is preferred.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English, Tamil, and Hindi.
