Senior Sales Associate – Jewellery Retail
Job Summary
Cosmos Diamonds is seeking experienced and customer-focused Senior Sales Associates to drive sales and deliver an exceptional in-store experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with customers, understanding their requirements, showcasing jewellery collections, achieving sales targets, and building long-term customer relationships. This role requires strong sales acumen, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers visiting the showroom.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable jewellery products.
- Drive sales through effective product presentation and customer engagement.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets consistently.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to generate repeat business and referrals.
- Follow up with customers regarding purchases, special occasions, and new collections.
- Handle customer queries and concerns professionally.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of products, pricing, and ongoing promotions.
- Ensure showroom displays and merchandise are presented as per company standards.
- Support inventory management, stock verification, and daily store operations.
- Coordinate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 2–8 years of experience in jewellery, luxury retail, apparel, lifestyle, or premium retail sales.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-centric approach with excellent relationship-building abilities.
- Well-groomed, confident, and professional in appearance.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven retail environment.
- Experience in jewellery retail will be preferred.
