About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented QA Engineer to ensure the quality and reliability of our SaaS products. You will work closely with developers and product teams to test new features, identify bugs, and improve the overall user experience.Key Responsibilities
- Perform manual testing for web, mobile, and API-based applications.
- Create and execute test cases, regression, integration, and functional testing.
- Report, track, and verify bugs with clear documentation.
- Collaborate with developers to define acceptance criteria and ensure release quality.
- Validate data using APIs and basic SQL queries.
- Contribute to QA process improvements and test automation initiatives.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of QA experience in a software product or SaaS company.
- Strong knowledge of manual testing, SDLC/STLC, and bug reporting.
- Experience testing web applications, mobile applications, and APIs.
- Basic knowledge of SQL and API testing tools (Postman preferred).
- Exposure to automation tools such as Selenium, Playwright, or Appium is an advantage.
- Good analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
