Job Summary:
The Accounts Receivable Executive is responsible for managing customer invoicing, tracking outstanding payments, ensuring timely collections, reconciling customer accounts, and maintaining accurate financial records. The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication with customers and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and issue customer invoices accurately and on time.
- Monitor accounts receivable aging reports and follow up on overdue payments.
- Contact customers regarding outstanding invoices and resolve payment issues.
- Reconcile customer accounts and investigate discrepancies.
- Record and allocate customer payments in the accounting system.
- Prepare weekly and monthly AR reports.
- Coordinate with the sales and finance teams to resolve billing disputes.
- Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 1–5 years of experience in Accounts Receivable or a similar finance role.
- Knowledge of accounting principles and AR processes.
- Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Tally, or Microsoft Dynamics is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, basic formulas).
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹42,000.00 per month
