About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to strengthen our sales team in Ranchi. The ideal candidate should have experience in the plywood, laminates, furniture hardware, or building materials industry and possess strong market knowledge and dealer network capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with dealers, distributors, retailers, contractors, architects, and interior designers.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets assigned by the company.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence within the assigned territory.
- Conduct regular market visits to generate leads and convert prospects into customers.
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.
- Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain healthy customer relationships.
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, dispatches, and customer support.
- Prepare daily sales reports and submit market feedback to management.
- Participate in promotional activities, exhibitions, and dealer engagement programs.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of sales experience, preferably in the plywood, laminates, MDF, veneers, hardware, paints, or building materials industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Good understanding of the Ranchi market and surrounding territories.
- Ability to travel extensively within the assigned region.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused.
