- Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters.
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our project milestones according to customer needs and objectives
- Collaborate with design/ digital team to clarify client’s requirements.
- Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed
Desired Candidate Profile
- Experience with CRM software (HubSpot) and MS Office (particularly MS Excel)
- Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
