Skyram Technologies is looking for a dynamic Key Account Manager who can balance client relationship management with hands-on content creation — comfortable managing client communication and invoicing, and equally confident on camera, creating short-form video content.

Key Responsibilities:
- Primary point of contact for assigned client accounts — day-to-day communication, queries, coordination between client and internal team
- Manage invoicing, billing follow-ups, and documentation for client accounts
- Create and appear in short-form video content (Reels/Shorts) with strong on-camera presence and engaging delivery
- Collaborate with the creative team on video concepts aligned with client briefs and trends
- Track project timelines and ensure timely delivery
- Bring energy and a proactive attitude to client meetings and content shoots
Desired Candidate Profile:
- 2 years of experience in client servicing, account management, or a similar client-facing role
- Comfortable and confident on camera — natural expression, good screen presence
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Invoicing/billing coordination experience is a plus
- Awareness of current social media trends, especially Gen Z-focused content
- Reliable, energetic, proactive team player
