We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented 'CNC Operator' to join our manufacturing team and play a vital role in the production of precision components.
Key responsibilities:
1. Setting up, operating, and monitoring CNC machines such as lathes, milling machines, and grinders to produce high-quality parts in accordance with engineering drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
2. Interpreting technical documents, selecting appropriate tools, loading materials, and adjusting machine settings to achieve the desired output while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
3. Inspecting finished products using precision measuring instruments like calipers, micrometers, and gauges to ensure compliance with quality standards, and to make necessary adjustments to maintain dimensional accuracy.
4. Carrying out routine maintenance, troubleshoot machine issues, and ensure machines are functioning effectively to minimize downtime.
5. Maintaining production records, adhering to safety protocols, and keeping the work area clean and organized.

Pay: ₹330,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
