The Cluster Manager is responsible for overseeing operations of multiple hostel properties within a designated region. The role ensures operational efficiency, high guest satisfaction, revenue growth, and team performance across all properties in the cluster.
Oversee day-to-day operations of multiple hostels within the assigned cluster.
Ensure adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across front office, housekeeping, maintenance, security, and F&B operations.
Conduct regular property audits to maintain hygiene, safety, and service standards.
Lead and manage Property Managers and on-ground teams.
Hire, train, and mentor staff to build a high-performance hospitality culture.
Conduct regular performance reviews and training programs.
Ensure excellent guest experience and service quality across all hostels.
Monitor and respond to guest reviews and complaints on platforms like Google, Booking.com, Hostelworld, etc.
Encourage community events and social experiences for travelers.
Manage P&L responsibility for the cluster.
Track KPIs like occupancy rate, ADR, RevPAR, and ancillary revenues.
Control operational costs and improve profitability.
Work with central teams to drive local sales, partnerships, and marketing initiatives.
Monitor competitor pricing and market trends.
Support group bookings, events, and corporate tie-ups.
Manage vendors for housekeeping, maintenance, food, and other services.
Coordinate with internal departments like HR, Marketing, Technology, and Finance.

Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management / Business Administration.
5–10+ years of experience in hospitality, hostel chains, or hotel operations.
