Location: Kalamassery, Kochi, Kerala

Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Roles & Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries through phone, email, WhatsApp, and CRM
- Communicate with students and parents regarding services
- Support onboarding and customer relationship management
- Maintain regular follow-ups with clients
- Coordinate meetings and support business communication
- Assist marketing and sales activities
- Resolve customer concerns professionally
- Maintain customer records and updates
Eligibility Criteria
Candidates with experience in customer support, business development, sales, EdTech, educational consultancy, IT/ITES, or similar customer-facing roles are encouraged to apply.
Qualification & Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in any stream
- MBA/BBA candidates can also apply
- Good communication skills in English & Malayalam
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- CRM knowledge is an added advantage
