Job Responsibilities
- Call prospective students from provided database/leads
- Explain Online UG & PG Courses professionally
- Understand student career goals and requirements
- Suggest suitable university and specialization
- Follow-up with interested candidates regularly
- Guide students throughout complete admission process
- Maintain daily call records and follow-ups
- Handle 200+ calls daily
- Achieve monthly admission targets
Candidate Requirements
✅ Excellent communication skills in Hindi & English
✅ Confident while talking over phone
✅ Good convincing and follow-up skills
✅ Comfortable with sales and counselling profile
✅ Positive attitude and learning mindset
✅ Basic computer knowledge required
✅ Freshers with strong communication are highly encouraged to apply
Performance Expectations
- Expected admission closure: 5–7 admissions per month
- Regular follow-up and counselling support
- Professional interaction with students and parents
