The Technical Manager - Microbiology is a full-time, on-site role based in Thane. This role is responsible for managing and supervising microbiology laboratory operations, ensuring that all microbiological testing, analysis, and reporting are performed accurately, safely, and in compliance with applicable standards and regulations. The Technical Manager will oversee method development and validation, review and approve test results, maintain documentation, and ensure adherence to ISO/IEC 17025 and relevant quality guidelines. Daily responsibilities include guiding laboratory personnel, planning workloads, monitoring equipment maintenance and calibration, and ensuring proper sterilization and aseptic practices. The role also involves supporting audits and inspections, driving continuous improvement in laboratory processes, coordinating with clients and internal teams on technical queries, and providing technical training and mentoring to team members.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
