Job Overview
Cloudex Radiology is looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Financial Executive cum Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting activities and support financial reporting, statutory compliance, and financial operations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage day-to-day accounting transactions, including receipts, payments, purchases, sales, and expenses.
* Maintain accurate books of accounts and financial records.
* Prepare financial statements, MIS reports, and account reconciliations.
* Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance requirements.
* Ensure timely and accurate submission of financial and statutory records.
* Monitor receivables, payables, bank transactions, and cash flow.
* Verify invoices, bills, vouchers, and supporting documents.
* Coordinate with auditors, banks, and regulatory authorities as required.
* Assist in audits, month-end closing, and preparation of financial reports.
* Identify discrepancies and ensure timely resolution.
* Maintain proper documentation and confidentiality of financial information.
* Coordinate with HR, Operations, and other departments for finance-related activities.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
* Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GST, TDS, statutory compliance, and financial reporting.
* Good working knowledge of MS Excel and accounting software.
* Strong numerical, analytical, and reconciliation skills.
* Good communication and coordination skills.
* Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
* Prior experience in accounting/finance is preferred.
Experience:
3-5 years of relevant experience preferred.
Candidates with strong accounting knowledge and relevant skills may also be considered.
