Job Description: HR Support / Executive Assistant to Sr. VP HR Location: Santacruz, Mumbai Experience Required: 2+ Years Education: Graduate/Postgraduate degree from a reputed institution Compensation: ₹40,000 to ₹45,000 per month Key Responsibilities 1. Executive Office Management Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the Sr. VP HR’s office to ensure seamless functioning. Maintain strict confidentiality while handling sensitive information and documentation. Facilitate effective coordination across internal departments and external stakeholders. 2. Calendar and Schedule Management Manage a complex and dynamic calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. Ensure optimal prioritization and efficient utilization of the Sr. VP’s time. Anticipate scheduling conflicts and proactively resolve them. 3. Meeting Coordination and Documentation Coordinate and organize internal and external meetings, including the preparation of agendas and required materials. Attend meetings as required and prepare accurate, concise Minutes of Meeting (MOM). Monitor and follow up on action items to ensure timely closure. 4. Corporate Communication and Drafting Demonstrate an excellent command over written and spoken English. Draft, proofread, and manage high-quality correspondence, including emails, presentations, and leadership communications. Prepare and circulate organizational announcements, HR communications, and official mailers ensuring clarity, consistency, and professionalism. 5. Admin / Stakeholder Coordination Act as a liaison between the Sr. VP HR and key stakeholders across the organization. Ensure effective communication flow and timely dissemination of information. Support the execution of strategic HR initiatives through admin coordination and communication. Qualifications and Experience Graduate/Postgraduate degree from a reputed institution. Proven experience as an Executive Assistant supporting senior leadership in a corporate environment. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Required Skills and Competencies Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English. Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management abilities. High attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion. Professional demeanor with strong interpersonal and coordination skills.
