A Sales Executive is responsible for generating sales, building strong customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets. The role involves promoting products or services, negotiating contracts, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Present, promote, and sell products or services to clients.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs and competitor activities.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and product demonstrations.
- Negotiate prices, terms, and contracts with customers.
- Follow up on customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in sales or business development (freshers may also apply, depending on company requirements).
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
