Job Purpose
To deliver a seamless, welcoming, and efficient guest experience from arrival to departure, serving as the first and last point of contact for casino patrons and hotel/resort guests where applicable.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests warmly, ensuring a positive first impression of the casino
- Handle guest check-in/registration for casino membership, gaming cards, or hotel stays as applicable
- Verify guest identification and age compliance in line with Goa gaming regulations
- Issue and manage player cards, chips exchange coordination, and membership enrollments
- Respond to guest queries regarding gaming facilities, promotions, events, and amenities
- Handle reservations, table bookings, and VIP guest coordination
- Manage front desk phone calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries professionally
- Coordinate with security, F&B, gaming floor, and housekeeping teams for smooth guest service
- Resolve guest complaints or escalate to the Duty Manager when necessary
- Maintain accurate records of guest data, feedback, and daily front office logs
- Ensure compliance with cash handling, KYC documentation, and casino entry protocols
- Upsell casino packages, memberships, and promotional offers
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation standards at the front desk/lobby area
Key Requirements
Education: Graduate in Hospitality, Tourism, or any discipline (Hotel Management preferred)
Experience: 1–3 years in front office/guest relations, preferably in a casino, hotel, or hospitality environment
Skills:
- Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Konkani/regional languages (added advantage)
- Strong interpersonal and guest-handling skills
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, front office/PMS software)
- Well-groomed, professional appearance
- Ability to work in rotational shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Age 21+ (mandatory per casino industry norms)
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, entertainment-driven environment
Preferred Attributes
- Prior experience in casino, cruise, or premium hospitality settings
- Knowledge of gaming etiquette and casino operations
- Multilingual ability to cater to domestic and international guests
