Job Summary:
We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Quality Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring that our products and processes meet the highest quality standards, while also supporting internal teams and vendor coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and implement quality procedures, standards, and supplier requirements
- Review and ensure customer specifications are met
- Coordinate with the purchasing team to define external quality requirements
- Ensure production processes comply with international and national standards
- Identify areas to reduce waste and improve efficiency
- Collaborate with operational staff to define quality procedures
- Set up and maintain control systems and documentation
- Monitor performance data and generate statistical quality reports
- Suggest and implement process improvements
- Visit vendors for equipment quality checks before dispatch
- Provide backend support to relevant departments
- Conduct detailed verifications and documentation for FAT (Factory Acceptance Test)
- Perform internal inspections and coordinate with related departments for documentation
- Prepare and validate test certificates
Skills Required:
- Mechanical Engineering Graduate (Preferred)
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English
- Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, and Outlook
- Strong mail drafting ability
- Adaptability, attention to detail, and commercial awareness
- Good coordination and documentation handling skills
- Ability to work collaboratively and independently

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
