Job Summary:
We are looking for a caring and creative Kindergarten Teacher to join our team. You will help young children learn through fun activities, encouraging their growth in a safe and positive classroom.
Key Responsibilities:
- Teach & Plan:
- Prepare and teach lessons that support early learning in subjects like reading, math, and social skills.
- Use hands-on activities and play to keep students engaged.
- Classroom Management:
- Create a safe and welcoming classroom.
- Set clear rules for behavior and maintain a calm, focused environment.
- Monitor Progress:
- Observe and track each child’s development.
- Share regular updates with parents about their child’s progress.
- Work Together:
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to improve learning experiences.
- Attend meetings and professional development sessions.
- Support Social Skills:
- Help children develop positive relationships with their classmates.
- Teach conflict resolution and emotional regulation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
- Teaching certification (preferred).
- Experience with young children is a plus.
- Great communication and organization skills.
- Passionate about working with young children.
