Job Title: Study Abroad Counsellor
Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Study Abroad Counsellor responsible for guiding prospective students, handling enquiries, converting leads into admissions, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.
This role requires strong communication skills, persuasion ability, and a clear understanding of our logistics training programs.
Key Responsibilities
Handle incoming enquiries (calls, walk-ins, WhatsApp, website leads).
Explain course details, career scope, fee structure, and placement opportunities.
Follow up consistently with prospective students.
Convert leads into confirmed admissions.
Maintain accurate records in CRM / Excel.
Coordinate with marketing team for lead updates.
Conduct campus tours and orientation sessions.
Support students with documentation and enrollment process.
Build relationships with parents when required.
Achieve monthly admission targets.
Required Skills & Competencies
Strong communication skills (English & Malayalam mandatory).
Persuasive and confident personality.
Ability to handle objections professionally.
Target-oriented mindset.
Basic computer skills (MS Office, email handling).
Good listening and problem-solving ability.
Educational Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in any field.
Experience in education counselling / admissions preferred.
Freshers with strong communication skills may apply.
Experience
0–3 years in student counselling / sales / tele-calling / marketing.
