Role Overview
We are hiring a Team Lead – Lead Qualification to manage and drive performance of a team responsible for
qualifying high-value leads and building a strong sales pipeline.
This role requires a mix of execution excellence + team leadership, where the individual will ensure high-quality
lead qualification, improve funnel efficiency, and drive conversion outcomes through structured processes and
coaching..
Key Responsibilities
Lead Qualification & Funnel Ownership
- Own end-to-end lead qualification funnel for the assigned team
- Drive improvements in lead-to-qualified conversion rates
- Ensure high-quality filtering of premium / high-value leads
- Identify and reduce leakages across the qualification stage
Team Management & Performance
- Manage a team of Lead Qualification Executives
- Own daily, weekly, and monthly team performance metrics
- Drive productivity, efficiency, and SLA adherence
- Monitor individual performance and ensure target achievement
Call Quality & Execution Discipline
- Monitor calls, conversations, and qualification quality
- Ensure adherence to scripts, qualification frameworks, and processes
- Improve probing, objection handling, and customer engagement quality
- Minimize missed follow-ups and response delays
CRM & Funnel Discipline
- Ensure 100% usage of CRM tools (Zoho / Salesforce / Freshdesk or similar)
- Maintain clean pipelines with accurate lead status tracking
- Monitor KPIs such as FRT (First Response Time), qualification rate, and pipeline movement
- Conduct RCA for drop-offs, delays, and inefficiencies
Coaching, Training & Team Development
- Conduct regular call audits and feedback sessions
- Coach team on consultative qualification, customer intent understanding, and prioritization
- Manage new joiner ramp-up and ongoing skill development
- Drive performance improvement plans (PIPs) where required
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Marketing on lead quality feedback
- Collaborate with Sales teams for better conversion outcomes
- Partner with QA/Training teams to improve overall funnel efficiency
What We Are Looking For
- 4 to 8 years of experience in Sales / Lead Qualification / Inside Sales
- Minimum 1.5–3 years of team handling experience
- Strong experience in high-value / consultative sales environments
- Proven track record of achieving team targets and driving performance
- Deep understanding of sales funnels, lead qualification metrics, and CRM systems
- Strong coaching, communication, and analytical skills

Pay: ₹469,266.56 - ₹750,000.00 per year
