Job Title: Senior HRIS Consultant (Freelance)

Job overview:
We are developing a scalable ERP platform with a custom HR module and are looking for an experienced Senior HRIS Consultant to advise our IT team on HR system architecture and best practices.
Responsibilities:
- Provide expert guidance on HRIS architecture and design.
- Advise on Job Architecture, Job Grading, Job Families, Levels, and Career Tracks.
- Help define organizational structure, positions, roles, and HR data models.
- Review and validate functional requirements for our HR module.
- Work closely with the IT team to ensure the solution follows enterprise HR best practices.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience with SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, Oracle HCM, or a similar enterprise HRIS.
- Strong expertise in Job Architecture, Job Grading, Employee Central, and HR data models.
- Proven experience designing or advising on enterprise HR systems.
- Excellent English communication and stakeholder management skills.
