Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
- Maintain customer records and update data in the system.
- Coordinate with internal departments for issue resolution.
- Prepare daily reports and MIS reports.
- Respond to customer emails and queries.
- Follow up with clients regarding pending information or services.
- Maintain proper documentation and office records.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Support team operations and administrative activities.
Required Skills
- Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and local language.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Word, Email handling).
- Ability to handle customer queries professionally.
- Good typing speed and data entry skills.
- Team handling and coordination ability preferred.
- Positive attitude and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
