Key Responsibilities
- Operational Management: Direct daily cleaning operations for guest rooms, public areas, and laundry.
- Quality Control: Conduct inspections to ensure standards and compliance with safety regulations.
- Human Resources: Recruit, train, schedule, and evaluate the performance of housekeeping staff.
- Financial & Inventory Control: Manage department budgets, control expenses, and maintain inventory of supplies and equipment.
- Guest Service: Address guest requests and issues promptly
Qualifications
- Experience: 4+ years of experience in the housekeeping industry, with prior supervisory or management experience.
- Skills: Strong leadership, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Knowledge: Deep understanding of cleaning methods, chemicals, and equipment.
- Education: A high school diploma is standard; a degree in hospitality or business management is a plus.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
