About the Role
We're looking for an experienced Change Management Lead to drive organizational change across complex business transformation programs. You'll build and execute change strategies from the ground up, ensuring successful adoption across multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced, enterprise environment.
What You'll Do
- Design and implement end-to-end change management strategy — stakeholder mapping, change impact assessments, readiness assessments, and adoption planning
- Develop and execute communication plans for senior leadership, business units, functional teams, and the broader workforce
- Monitor change readiness and adoption metrics, proactively flagging resistance, risks, and communication gaps
- Partner with senior leadership and external strategic partners to ensure consistent, timely communication throughout the transformation journey
- Create communication toolkits, leadership briefing materials, FAQs, presentations, and manager enablement resources
- Facilitate stakeholder engagement and ensure cross-functional alignment
- Track change effectiveness and recommend improvements
- Support leadership in driving employee engagement and organizational readiness
What You Bring
- 10+ years of experience in Change Management or Corporate Communications
- Degree from a Tier 1 institution
- Proven track record designing and delivering enterprise-wide change programs in complex, multi-stakeholder environments — ideally having built change functions from scratch
- Strong strategic change management experience, not just execution
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication planning, and influencing skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; comfortable managing multiple workstreams simultaneously
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills
Nice to Have
- Prosci, ADKAR, or similar change management certification
- Experience with large-scale digital transformation or organizational restructuring
- Consulting or enterprise-level change management background
Work Model
- Fully remote
- Travel required based on business/project needs
Pay: ₹4,000,000.00 - ₹5,000,000.00 per year
