Job Description – Senior Graphic Designer
Location: Mumbai Central - Tardeo
Monthly Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹70,000 (based on company and individual performance)
About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Product Designer who will be responsible for both product design and packaging design. You will own the complete visual identity of our company — from the product itself to the box it comes in.
This is a long-term role, and we are looking for someone who will grow with us and evolve into our design leader.
Education & Qualifications
- Degree/Diploma in Product Design, Industrial Design, or related field (NID, NIFT, MIT, or equivalent preferred)
- Strong portfolio showcasing both product and packaging design work
- Proficiency in 3D CAD software (SolidWorks, Rhino, or similar)
- Proficiency in graphic design software (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, CorelDRAW)
- Understanding of packaging materials, printing processes, and structural design
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes for accessories
Experience Required
- 4–7 years of experience in product design
- Minimum 3 years of experience in packaging design
- Experience in mobile accessories or consumer electronics (preferred)
- Experience collaborating with suppliers in China/India on product and packaging specifications
- Proven track record of products successfully launched in the market
- Experience creating print-ready packaging files
Key Responsibilities
A. Product Design
- Lead product design for all our new products
- Create 3D models and photorealistic renderings
- Collaborate with Product Developer on supplier samples
- Ensure designs are manufacturable within cost constraints
- Stay updated on global product design trends
B. Packaging Design
- Design all product packaging (boxes, inserts, blister packs, etc.)
- Create packaging that stands out on retail shelves
- Work with packaging vendors on material selection
- Ensure packaging protects products during shipping
- Deliver print-ready files for production
- Review and approve packaging proofs from vendors
- Maintain brand consistency across all packaging
C. Collaboration
- Work with CRM Head to incorporate customer feedback
- Coordinate with Product Developer on specifications
- Mentor and guide Junior Designers (future)
- Present designs to leadership for approval

Note: This role combines two critical skills — Product Design (the product itself) and Packaging Design (how it is presented). Salary is higher because of this dual responsibility.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
