Job Title: Sales Manager – Trimurty
Job Timing: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Trimurty is a fast-growing real estate company offering premium residential and commercial properties. Our projects are strategically located in key areas in the Jaipur Line. We are looking for dynamic, result-oriented Sales Executives to join our team and drive property sales through effective communication, client handling, and a strong understanding of the local market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads and convert them into property sales.
- Conduct site visits and property showings for prospective clients.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and provide excellent customer service.
- Understand client requirements and suggest suitable property options.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Follow up with clients regularly to close deals and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on market trends, property details, and competitors’ offerings.
- Coordinate with marketing teams for promotional campaigns and events.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in real estate sales, with excellent communication skills may also apply.
- Proven experience in selling properties along the Jaipur Line is highly preferred, as our target market includes buyers familiar with this area.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work in a target-driven environment.
- Knowledge of the local real estate market in Jaipur and the surrounding areas is an added advantage.
- Ability to handle multiple clients and follow up diligently to close deals.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
