We are looking for a confident and energetic Sales Executive who can communicate effectively with potential clients, understand their business requirements, and schedule meetings for our consulting and technology solutions.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable making outbound calls, following up with leads, and maintaining strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Call potential customers from provided leads.
- Explain company services in a simple and professional manner.
- Understand customer requirements and identify business needs.
- Schedule meetings or demos for the sales team.
- Follow up regularly with interested prospects.
- Maintain lead data and update CRM/spreadsheets.
- Generate and nurture new business opportunities.
- Coordinate with internal teams regarding customer requirements.
- Achieve weekly and monthly lead generation targets.
- Build long-term relationships with prospects and clients.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
- Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
- Good listening and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (Google Sheets, Excel, Email, WhatsApp).
- Ability to handle objections professionally.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset.
Preferred Qualifications
- Any Graduate or pursuing graduation.
- 0–2 years of experience in Telecalling, Sales, Customer Support, or Business Development.
- Freshers with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.
